Call for Grant Applications for FY 2023

TI-FRIS is pleased to announce that it is accepting grant applications from TI-FRIS Fellows for FY2023 as follows. TI-FRIS Fellows who wish to apply for the grants are encouraged to read the "Arrangements" carefully and submit their applications within the application period.

※ Only TI-FRIS Fellows are eligible to apply for each grant.

Grants for This Call

Grant for Publication and Presentation of Research Results

This grant supports expenses required for the presentation of research results, such as expenses for participation in international conferences in Japan and abroad, publication fees, etc.

Grant for Organizing Seminars

This grant supports expenses (travel expenses for lecturers, rewards for lectures, expenses for publicity, etc.) necessary to organize seminars.

Grant for Interdisciplinary Research

The grant supports excellent joint research proposals that transcend the boundaries of fields and institutions to promote interdisciplinary research that can be published based on the exchange of interdisciplinary researchers and the seeds of interdisciplinary research possessed by each researcher.

Grant for Industry-Academia Collaborative Research and Social Implementation

This grant supports proposals for outstanding collaborative research and social implementation.

■ Grant for Interdisciplinary Research and Grant for Industry-Academia Collaborative Research and Social Implementation

These grants will be provided based on the "Arrangements on Grant for Interdisciplinary Research and Grant for Industry-Academia Collaborative Research and Social Implementation."Please complete the application form and convert it into PDF format, and submit it via Google Form.

Duplicate applications for the Grant for Interdisciplinary Research and Grant for Industry-Academia Collaborative Research, or the Grant for Interdisciplinary Research and Grant for Social Implementation, are permitted. However, the selection process will take into consideration the concentration of research grants. In the case of duplicate application, please indicate the desired order of priority in "Notes" in the application forms.
