タンパク質の状態を観る化学反応／Chemical reactions to watch protein states

要旨：

Life is controlled by the functions of proteins. The development of techniques for measuring the "quantity" of proteins has significantly advanced the field of life sciences. Additionally, in recent years, technologies for observing protein “states” such as changes in protein assembly states, post-translational modifications, and denaturation have evolved to deepen our understanding of the intricacies of life. The speaker has been developed protein chemical modification methods, organic chemical reactions for observing the protein "states". In this Hub Meeting, the speaker aim to introduce the research background and the chemical reactions developed by the speaker for observing these protein states, along with their applications.
